Do you source custom items not listed?

Absolutely! This is one of our favourite things to do! Just pop us a message on Instagram/Facebook/Email and we will try and work with you on whatever you need.

How long do orders take?

We try and get every order out as fast as possible with them usually leaving us within 5-10 working days. Robes and PJs will be ordered in and these usually take 15-20 working days.

Do you post to the UK/Ireland?

Yes! We are extremely lucky to live in a border town in Donegal which allows us to visit the An Post and Royal Mail offices easily.

Do you accept returns?

As a B2B store, we do not accept refunds/returns unless damaged or faulty. If you would like to cancel - we will only offer a credit note to be spent with us and this will be minus the fees we are charged upon an order being placed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Size, specification and quality should be checked before you personalise products in any way. We can’t provide a return or refund for worn, printed or processed garments. No credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time.
